We offer you a comprehensive and reliable service: from commissioning to on-call service in the event of a malfunction! We can access the feeder directly via our remote maintenance tool. With our IoT solution, you can keep an eye on your system 24 hours a day and receive a message in good time if there are any deviations.

RNA feeding systems are technically mature systems based on state-of-the-art engineering knowledge. We therefore recommend commissioning support from our specialist staff - for an optimal start and the necessary transfer of knowledge on site.

You choose the type of support according to your individual needs, for example:

  • Help with the alignment and adjustment of the RNA feeding system as well as with the connection of the system to your interface.
  • Assistance with the electrotechnical and programming integration

Do you need spare parts for our standard components? These are mostly available from stock and are delivered within 24 hours in the EU; worldwide within only 48 hours. Do you need system-specific spare parts that are not in stock? We will manufacture these for you on an order-by-order basis with high priority.
