The new SCF2000 6A control unit: greater performance, greater convenience, greater flexibility

With the SCF2000, RNA presents the next generation of intelligent control unit technology. The new graphic display, industrial-grade direct connections and integrated logic functions for sensors and actuators simplify operation, installation and integration. As the successor to the proven ESR2000, the SCF2000 combines modern hardware, intelligent functions and exceptionally simple operation in a compact industrial housing.

A key feature of the new control unit is its clear graphic display with plain-text information. Settings and parameters can be viewed and adjusted intuitively, significantly simplifying initial start-up, operation and service.

The SCF2000 also offers exceptional flexibility in terms of power supply. Thanks to a wide input voltage range of 99 to 264 V AC, the unit can be used in different power grids worldwide. At the same time, mains-independent control of the output voltage and output frequency ensures stable and precise operation of the vibratory feeding equipment. This enables the feed performance to be optimally adapted, regardless of local mains conditions.

Maximum user-friendliness was also a priority during installation. New M12 and M8 pin-and-socket connectors reduce wiring work and enable fast assembly. Separate sensor connections eliminate the need for additional Y-distributors and make integration into modern automation concepts easier.

In addition, the SCF2000 offers extended connection options for oscillation amplitude sensors, solenoid valves and external switching contacts. Integrated logic functions enable sensor signals to be linked intelligently, for example for level monitoring, warning messages or cycle-dependent processes.
