Heavy-duty hoppers from the BVS series – now new at RNA

The product range of our vibrating hoppers will be expanded to include additional variants on January 1, 2026. Our new heavy-duty vibrating hoppers from the BVS series are now available, especially for the metered feeding of high filling weights.

At the heart of the BVS series is a newly designed linear drive unit which, in combination with our frequency control unit, can reliably convey a load weight of 300 kg.

We have placed particular emphasis on minimizing vibration transmission to the substructure while at the same time achieving a load-independent conveyor speed. The BVS vibratory hoppers maintain a relatively constant conveyor speed, regardless of the weight currently in the hopper. Of course, these hoppers also have the typical features of our linear drive units, which allow the vibration behavior to be adapted to the respective task, for example, an increase in speed on the discharge side.
