RNA plans to further expand its services from next year. Our feeding systems are known for their reliability and availability. Due to the increased requirements and complexity of the systems, commissioning is always recommended for every system. In addition, digitalisation gives us further possibilities, such as our measurement analytics for the precise detection of system behaviour.
Our feeding systems are known for their reliability and performance. However, should something not work, the RNA service team is available to quickly find a solution. Heavy workpieces in particular cause a lot of wear in the sorting bowls and require the bowl to be overhauled or even replaced. In addition, there are always a large number of milled parts that need to be kept in stock as replacements in order to be able to react quickly in the event of a fault. Maintenance and monitoring of the system is also important. We can access the feeding system directly via our remote maintenance tool. For new systems, we also want to support you with commissioning on site in the future. Due to the increasing complexity of feeding systems, it is advisable to have an experienced RNA service technician on site when integrating the feeding system into the assembly line. But digitalisation also offers new possibilities in service. For example, we can support you with simulation studies for planned workpiece changes to existing systems or get to the bottom of the cause of a problem in the feeding system with our measurement analyses.
