New SCF3000 frequency control unit

With the new SCF3000 you get the latest generation of frequency control units! The successor to our ESR3000 is now available. The new SCF control units are parameterized to our vibratory drive units and are plug-and-play capable. Load-independent constant conveying speeds can also be realized in combination with a vibration amplitude sensor.

The use of frequency control units is becoming increasingly popular. They make it much easier for the user to operate run and linear drives in the optimum resonance range. A drive optimally tuned to its natural frequency ensures quiet and material-friendly running behavior while reducing power consumption at the same time. Furthermore, by adjusting the output frequency, all 50Hz or 100Hz solenoids can also be operated in a 60Hz network. They are therefore independent and can be used worldwide without subsequent mechanical adjustments. In addition to the proven ESR2000 and ESR3000 frequency control units and the self-calibrating ESR2500, we are pleased to announce the addition of the SCF3000 to our broad product portfolio.

The special feature of the SCF3000 series control units is that we can now operate any drive worldwide, regardless of the mains voltage. The input voltage is transformed in the device to the nominal voltage of our solenoids. This technology also makes the effects of mains fluctuations a thing of the past. Output voltage and output frequency remain constant - no matter where the feeder is operated!
