Motek 2024, RNA is there!

We are looking forward to our trade fair appearance at Motek 2024, where the world of production and assembly automation will once again be looking to Stuttgart from 8-12 October. The topic of digitalisation is firmly in focus at RNA, which is why this year's trade fair stand has a consistently digital design. Three large touchscreens, where you can experience the advantages of digital feeding technology live, as well as fully digital and reproducible feeding systems await you at our stand 5223 in hall 5.

The simulation programmes Digital Motion for drive tuning and Digital Feeder for parts simulation enable our customers to design any reproducible feeding system (FlexType series) by simulating the sorting process during the design phase, before parts and components are manufactured. In this way, it is possible to ensure that the sorting or feeding solution works before the feeding system is built. This saves time and costs. It also conserves resources in production, avoids duplication of work and enables more efficient qualification of the system. In addition to the internal search engine SolutionFinder, which helps to identify the right solution based on an AI algorithm during the project planning phase, an app has been developed that enables the creation of detailed concepts. AI is also involved here and helps to define initial sorting characteristics. In this way, RNA will be able to have simple sorting solutions and system concepts created automatically by an AI in the long term, so that the technical experts can concentrate fully on the more complex applications. The solution speeds up the process, increases the safety of the application and significantly reduces the risk on both sides.
