Review of regional workshops

Last month, three RNA customer workshops were held in different parts of Germany. The advantages of digital feeding technology were presented to our customers. In addition to presentations, there were also demonstrations on live objects on the subject of drive tuning and part behaviour. Thanks go to our customers Otto Bihler Maschinenfabrik, Audi AG and Team Automation, who also gave a presentation about their cooperation with RNA.

Together with all participants, we took a trip into the practical use of digital feeding system technology. We were able to impart practical knowledge and gain an insight into the digital turnaround in project planning, design and the manufacture of feeding systems. Various workshops focussed on the topics of AI, cloud-based feasibility analysis, process reliability through simulation, simulation of hopper autonomy and measurement analytics. For example, the behaviour of parts could be observed and analysed on a real digital twin. The AI provided information on the preferred position and helped to find solutions. The final topics were digital coordination of drives in the cloud and standardisation in feeding system technology.
