Our digital feeding systems are feeding technology of tomorrow and unique in the world. With the help of AI and 3D Geometric Deep Learning, we are able to create a digital twin of the feed system and simulate it before the system is built. In addition, the AI searches for and compares workpiece geometries in our database and thus helps us to find the right solution more quickly. AI also enables us to create offers in real time.
Before the start of production, the sorting solutions designed by us can be tested, checked and approved by means of simulation. This makes these feed systems 100% reproducible. Even in the run-up to the creation of the concept, we can see whether a workpiece can be fed in and you have the security of the functioning solution. Many of our FlexType feeding systems are already digitized and can be offered for your application.
The feed system is equipped with a sorting track (tooling), which can be milled or printed. The toolings can thus be produced within a few days after simulating the behavior of the bulk material and changed within a few minutes. With the help of multi-physics simulation and 3D deep learning AI technology the optimal geometry of each tooling can be calculated accordingly. That guarantees a congruence between the technical simulation of the feeding process and the actual behavior of the assembly parts in practice. The transfer of the bulk material to the linear track runs completely trouble-free. The new digital possibilities of RNA are also used in conventional feeding systems technology.
